SeqsLab implements the GA4GH Workflow Execution Service (WES) API to bring your analysis tools to your data and run them on an on-demand, high-performance cluster computing environment.

The SeqsLab WES implementation enables you to perform the following tasks:

1. Use the OpenWDL specification to design and configure your workflows.

2. Create, read, update, or delete your operator pipelines.

3. Run and schedule jobs.
