Subcommand

list

List organizations to which the current user belongs.

switch

Switch to another organization. The current user must already be signed in to the target organization; otherwise the CLI prompts for re-authentication.

id STR Specify an organization ID (required).

Tip

If you see the message that you have been signed out for the target organization, sign in again by running seqslab auth signin -i -o <organization_id> or sign in through the SeqsLab console.
